Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ward Systems, including the Ward Discord bot, website,
dashboard, APIs, and other services provided by Ward Systems, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are using Ward Systems on behalf of a Discord server, organization,
or other entity, you represent that you have authorization to do so.
Discord Terms and Guidelines
Ward Systems operates as a service used with Discord and requires all users,
server owners, moderators, and other individuals using Ward Systems to comply
with

If Discord's requirements conflict with these Terms, you must follow the
applicable Discord requirements. Ward Systems may restrict, suspend, or
terminate access to its services when necessary to comply with Discord's
policies, legal requirements, or requests from Discord.
Ward Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with
Discord unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Accounts and Access
Certain Ward Systems features may require authentication through Discord,
Clerk, or another supported authentication provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or credentials
used to access Ward Systems. You must not intentionally share access credentials
with unauthorized individuals.
You are also responsible for actions taken through your account or authorized

User and Server Content
Ward Systems may process information associated with Discord servers, users,
messages, reports, moderation actions, configurations, and other information
necessary to provide its features.
You retain ownership of content you provide to Ward Systems. By using features
that require us to process that content, you grant Ward Systems the permissions
reasonably necessary to process, store, transmit, and display that content for
the purpose of providing the requested service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and
permissions to provide content to Ward Systems.
Ward Systems may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable
law, or our security requirements.
Security and Detection
Ward Systems is designed to help identify potentially risky activity and assist
Discord communities with moderation and security.
Security scores, reports, automated detections, classifications, and other
security signals are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Automated systems can produce false positives and false negatives. Ward Systems
should therefore be treated as a security and moderation aid, not as a replacement
for human judgment.
Server owners and moderators remain responsible for reviewing significant
moderation or security decisions before taking action when appropriate.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Ward Systems available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that
the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure
failures, Discord outages, third-party services, network problems, security
incidents, or circumstances outside our control.
We may temporarily suspend or limit portions of the service when necessary to
protect our infrastructure, users, or Discord communities.
Third-Party Services
Ward Systems may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including
Discord, authentication providers, hosting providers, monitoring services,
databases, and other infrastructure providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Ward Systems
is not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or actions taken by
third-party providers.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's applicable policies and terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Ward Systems and its associated software, website,
branding, designs, interfaces, code, documentation, graphics, and other
materials are owned by or licensed to Ward Systems.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Ward Systems intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative
works from Ward Systems materials unless you have received explicit permission
to do so.
Termination
You may stop using Ward Systems at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to Ward Systems if we reasonably believe that
you have violated these Terms, abused our services, created a security risk,
or otherwise used the service in a manner that could harm Ward Systems, Discord
communities, or other users.
We may also discontinue the service or a particular feature at any time.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will
continue to apply after access ends.
Disclaimer
Ward Systems is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that Ward Systems will detect every malicious account,
raid, scam, spam message, compromised account, or other security threat.
No security system catches everything. Humanity has spent decades proving this
point with increasingly creative ways to break computers.
You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices,
permissions, backups, moderation policies, and administrative controls for
your Discord server.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ward Systems and its
operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from
your use of or inability to use the service.
This includes, where applicable, loss of data, revenue, profits, reputation,
server content, Discord accounts, or other digital assets.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be
excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Ward Systems changes, new
features are introduced, or legal requirements evolve.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a
revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Ward Systems after updated Terms become effective
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of
law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Ward Systems will be handled
in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
